Parking is possible on our own site, free of charge.

On the day of arrival, we will be happy to welcome you from 3.30 PM. Arriving earlier is often also possible in consultation.
In any case, you can always leave your car in our parking lot and explore the area already.

The check out time is 10.30 AM.
A late check out until 5 PM is possible in consultation for a surcharge of € 25. However, we can only indicate on the day of arrival whether a late check out is available for the room type you have booked.

For breakfast we serve an extensive platter with bread from Apeldoorn’s best bakery Keurhorst.
You can optionally book breakfast for € 15,00 per person.
Besides breakfast at our place, we offer the possibility to have breakfast in at Restaurant Anne&Max (5-10 minute walk).

If you wish to have breakfast, please book in advance. Breakfast times are:

Mondays – Fridays: 8.15 – 9.30 AM
Saturdays: 8.30 – 10.00 AM
Sundays and public holidays: 9.00 – 10.30 AM

If you want to arrange breakfast yourself, that is of course also possible and therefore you can use our refrigerator and crockery.

In weekends and on some public holidays we apply a minimum stay of two nights.

Basically, our box springs are equipped with a double topper and a double duvet.
In some rooms the beds can be separated. Making the bed with 2 separate duvets is also an option. If you would like something other than the standard 2-person setup, we would like to hear from you in advance, so that we can take care of this before you arrive.

Individual bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
After this we apply cancellation costs equal to the accommodation costs.

For reservations of 3 rooms or more, you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
Up to 14 days before arrival we charge 25% of the accommodation costs; up to 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the accommodation costs. After 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the accommodation costs.
For reservations of 3 rooms or more, we also ask for a 25% deposit. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

Tourist tax is included in the room rate (direct bookings only).

Although personally, we love our smallest guests, we have had to conclude that our B&B is not suitable for a stay with (young) children.
We welcome families with children from 10 years and older with pleasure.
We have chosen not to allow pets in our accommodation.

In our kitchen you can have breakfast, work or play a boardgame. The coffee and tea facilities in the kitchen can be used free of charge.
In addition, there is a refrigerator alias honesty bar that you can use. In our honesty bar we work according to the honesty principle: you keep track of what you consume and inform us. The honesty bar offers a modest range of drinks and snacks.
For safety reasons and in order not to inconvenience other guests, it is not allowed to cook, gourmet or barbecue. However, there is an oven, microwave and crockery available. Besides, if you book the accommodation exclusively as a group, you can use the kitchen to prepare your meal yourself.

The Mansarde is a non-smoking house. This applies to the guest rooms as well as to the common areas.
Smoking is allowed outside in the garden.

There are no special facilities such as a lift or adapted sanitary facilities for less mobile guests.
If it only concerns accessibility by stairs, the garden room may be suitable for you, it is located on the ground floor.
